Objective

The NHS NELFT Foundation Trust contacted us to provide a full event management service for the upcoming awards. This was the first Virtual Awards that the NHS has held, and they really wanted to focus on recognising all employees after the past year, in addition to remembering those colleagues who were sadly lost.

How Did Resource Help?

We embarked on providing a comprehensive event management service tailored to the unique requirements of a virtual awards ceremony. With the NHS team lacking prior experience in virtual event execution, we guided them through the process with weekly planning meetings. Leveraging our expertise, we conceptualised, designed, and produced all essential components for the event, including graphics, a virtual agenda, and printed collateral for attendees. 

To enhance engagement and excitement surrounding the event, we devised attendee engagement packs featuring five exclusive personalised winner packs. These personalised packs featured gold-coated inners and prize tickets, adding an element of anticipation and prestige to the ceremony. 

What Did Success Look Like?

The culmination of our efforts resulted in a successful virtual event, with 270 colleagues coming together to celebrate and honor their achievements. The event fostered a range of emotions, from tears to laughter, as attendees received well-deserved recognition. The positive outcome of the event was evident in the overwhelming response from participants.
