Gathering insights through audience groups
A great example of this was when we helped North Star Housing Group to appraise their regular customer facing newsletter. Wanting to ensure their tenants were getting the most out of their communications, we ran a series of tenant consultation groups to uncover some a series of key insights. We wanted to know what customers really thought about the communication they received from North Star, and what was potentially missing from their regular newsletter.
Revamping an all important staple piece of comms
With insights in hand, we created a range of new compelling designs that captured all of the new and existing features that tenants wanted to see. As part of this process, we also redesigned their carrier sheet to ensure the communication started making an impact from the second it landed on the doorstep.
